Description
This render is a major step forward in the design process of the Future Tech tower in my 3rd book, Future Tech Corp. I still consider it a work in progress though, as I'm going to be adding even more things to it.
In the book, this replaces the "FlatIron District".
Trivial about it:
So far, the area of grass replaces "Madison Square Park" is larger, the amount of offices is larger, the parking is more and the skyline is longer. The next step is for me to incorporate the 'apartments' idea into it, which will be on those L shaped rectangle things. And those things are the parking structures. Currently, there are 20,000 solar panels on them and generates around 10 Megawatts of power. There is so much content to this building that even my previous employers computer was unable to handle the render the outside view (I need at least 100 GB of RAM).
